returns are accepted ONLY if the system has NEVER been used or worn. a system that has been fitted, tried on, or had any adhesive applied cannot be returned or refunded under any circumstances — no exceptions. if the system is returned unused and in its original packaging, €35 (outbound shipping cost) plus 5% (payment platform fee) will be deducted from the refund. return shipping costs are also at the customer’s expense.
