RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL
If you are a consumer, you have the right to withdraw from the purchase contract without giving any reason within 14 calendar days from the date your order is delivered.
ITEMS EXCLUDED FROM THE RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL
The right of withdrawal can be exercised on any product purchased on https://newlacecu-hairsystem.expert, with the exception of:

Custom-made or clearly personalized items, for example if cuts or modifications have been made to the base or hair, or if the integrity of the system has been compromised.

Sealed items that cannot be returned for hygiene or health reasons, if they have been opened after delivery, or products that have become indistinguishable from other goods after delivery.

Items that have been used.
Return and Refund Policy for Custom Hair Systems

If the hair system has defects, we will repair it. If it is irreparable, we will provide a replacement system.

Photos and/or videos showing the defect must be provided in order to start the return or replacement process.

The hair system can only be returned if it has never been worn and has not been altered in any way.

Merchandise must be returned within 14 days of the date of receipt.

Refunds are available only for products that have not been worn and not modified.

A service fee equal to 50% of the order value will be applied to any refund.

In case of cancellation of a custom order before shipment, only 50% of the total amount will be refunded to cover labor and material costs.

If you mistakenly order an incorrect custom hair system, it cannot be returned for a refund. However, if you want to modify it, it will be possible to do so at an additional cost.

You will be responsible for shipping the hair system until it is received by us.

REFUND IN CASE OF WITHDRAWAL
If you decide to withdraw within 14 days of delivery, you will receive a refund of the amount paid for the item.
However, please note that if the returned items show damage or signs of wear due to unnecessary handling beyond what is necessary to determine their nature, characteristics, and functionality, Newlacecu will not be able to issue a refund, since the item will no longer be suitable for resale.
Return costs, including shipping and packaging, remain the responsibility of the customer.
In case of payment via Klarna or other installment payment services, any interest or fees applied by the provider will not be refunded and will be deducted from the refunded amount.
REFUND TIMELINE
