The only hair system shop where you see your order before it ships
You buy online. Before your package leaves, we send you real video and photos of your exact system. You check the colour, the base, the density, the hairline — and if anything’s not right, we fix it before we ship.
No other supplier does this.
The problem every online buyer knows
Buying a hair system, a lace wig or a skin patch online means making a decision you can’t fully verify until the box arrives. The product photos are catalogue shots — not your specific piece. The colour on screen is never quite the colour in real life. The density, the hairline, the base transparency — you find out when you open the package.
If something’s wrong, the process starts over: you contact support, wait for a response, negotiate a fix across time zones, and hope the replacement is better. Most people don’t bother. They just live with it.
The alternative is a physical hair replacement centre. You go in, you see samples, someone walks you through your options. At least you know what you’re getting. But then the quote arrives. Hair Club for Men charges upwards of $2,000 to $4,000 per system — and that price isn’t just the hair. It’s the flagship showroom, the consultation team, the sales commissions, and a brand built on the assumption that you have no other option.
At Newlacecu you get the one thing that was always missing from online: you see your system before it leaves. Every time, on every order, at online prices.
How it works
our unique process
Place your order
Choose from our catalogue or configure a fully custom system directly on the website: base type, colour, density, length, wave pattern. Order and you’re done.
Your system is made or selected
For custom orders, our craftsmen build your system by hand — every hair inserted individually at the correct angle for each zone of the scalp. For stock systems, we pull the specific piece that matches your order exactly.
We send you video and photos before we pack it
A member of our team picks up your system, films it from multiple angles in natural light, and sends everything to your WhatsApp or email. Not stock photography — your actual piece, with your name on the order.
You approve it — or tell us what to change
Happy with it? We ship. Something not quite right? Tell us what to adjust and we fix it before the package leaves. No limit on revisions.
Your package arrives with zero surprises
What you find inside is exactly what you already saw and approved.
What you can check
in the video and photos
Before your system ships, you can verify everything that matters:
Need a close-up of a specific detail? Just ask. We prepare the material around what you need to see.
Not happy with the video? We change it
This isn’t a marketing line. It’s how we operate.
If you watch the video and something is off — the colour is slightly darker than you wanted, the density is too heavy at the front, the cut isn’t exactly what you described — we don’t ship. You tell us what to adjust, the system goes back to the workshop, and when it’s ready you get a new video.
There is no limit on revisions. There is one standard: we want you to open the box and say “that’s exactly what I ordered.”
Why no other supplier does this
We’ve been in the hair replacement industry since 1995. Over thirty years and more than 50,000 customers, we’ve seen every version of the same disappointment: a package arrives, it isn’t right, the customer is stuck. That experience is the reason we built this process.
Filming and photographing each individual piece before every shipment takes real time and real people. For suppliers running high-volume warehouses — shipping thousands of units a day — it’s a bottleneck the business model can’t absorb. They ship blind because the alternative would require a fundamentally different way of working.
For us it works because we manufacture what we sell. Until the moment of packing, your system is physically with us. Behind it is a real support team — a person, not a chatbot, available seven days a week — without which none of this would hold together.
The result is the kind of service you’d normally only get by walking into a specialist centre — at a fraction of the price.
Frequently asked questions
Yes. Before packing any system — stock or custom — we send you video and photos of the specific piece that’s about to ship. Not a similar sample: yours.
Every customer, every order, no exceptions. It doesn’t depend on order value or how long you’ve been buying from us. It’s our standard process.
For stock systems, turnaround is fast. For custom orders, the video arrives once production is complete. We keep you updated throughout so you always know where your order stands.
Absolutely. Close-up of the base, a backlit shot to check density, a specific angle on the perimeter — just tell us what you need. We prepare the material around your request.
The system goes back to the workshop. When it’s ready, you get a new video. No limit on revisions, no additional cost.
Your call. Let us know when you confirm the order and we’ll prepare the format that works best for you.
Yes. We ship worldwide and the video preview service is identical regardless of where the package is going.
What happens after I place my order?
Order from the website as normal. When your system is ready — stock or custom — we contact you with video and photos via WhatsApp or email before it ships. You don’t need to request anything: it happens automatically on every order.
